YIH KUAN Enterprise joins hands with BOTON and Chain Headway to create a “One-Stop Metal Cutting Solution” and participate in the 2026 Tainan Automation Machinery & Intelligent Manufacturing Show.
For this exhibition, YIH KUAN Enterprise focuses on the theme of “One-Stop Metal Cutting Solution,” collaborating with cutting oil supplier BOTON and cutting tool manufacturer Chain Headway to present a complete lineup of essential configurations for metalworking sites, from milling heads and cutting tools to cutting oils.
In metal cutting applications, machine tool performance is certainly important. However, the key factors that truly affect machining efficiency, accuracy, stability, and tool life often come from more than the machine itself. The rigidity and transmission stability of the milling head, tool selection and cutting conditions, as well as the lubrication and cooling performance of cutting oils, all play important roles in machining quality.
YIH KUAN Enterprise stated that this three-party joint exhibition marks an important step in promoting a metal cutting ecosystem. By integrating three professional fields—milling heads, cutting tools, and cutting oils—machine users no longer need to purchase equipment or consumables separately. Instead, they can focus on overall machining performance and improve machining stability, surface quality, and production efficiency from the source.
YIH KUAN has long specialized in the manufacturing of turret milling heads, plano milling heads, angle heads, and various milling modules. Its customers include milling machine manufacturers, equipment retrofit companies, and end machine users.
In recent years, YIH KUAN has also actively promoted the “Head-Only Upgrade” initiative, helping customers improve the machining capability of existing machines through milling head replacement or upgrades, extend equipment service life, and reduce the cost of replacing entire machines.
Through this exhibition, YIH KUAN looks forward to meeting machine users, machining factories, and special-purpose machine builders in southern Taiwan face to face, gaining deeper insight into on-site machining challenges, and providing upgrade suggestions that are closer to practical needs. Together, they will explore a more complete and efficient metal cutting solution.
